Tanggung Jawab
- Lead and manage the day-to-day operations of the accounting department, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger, and payroll functions.
- Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in accordance with PSAK (Standar Akuntansi Keuangan) and ensure timely and accurate reporting.
- Develop, implement, and maintain robust internal controls and accounting policies to safeguard company assets and ensure regulatory compliance.
- Oversee all tax compliance activities, including the preparation and timely filing of corporate income tax (PPh Badan), VAT (PPN), and other applicable tax returns in accordance with Indonesian tax law.
- Manage and mentor a team of accounting staff, providing coaching, performance evaluations, and professional development opportunities to foster a high-performing team culture.
- Coordinate and lead both internal and external audit processes, serving as the primary liaison with auditors and ensuring all audit findings are addressed promptly.
- Partner with the CFO and senior leadership to develop budgets, financial forecasts, and strategic financial plans that support the company's growth objectives.
- Evaluate and optimize accounting systems, processes, and workflows to improve efficiency, accuracy, and scalability across the finance function.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; Master's degree is a strong plus.
- Certified Public Accountant (CPA) or Chartered Accountant (CA) designation is highly preferred; active CPA/CA license holders will be given priority consideration.
- Minimum of 7-10 years of progressive accounting experience, with at least 3 years in a managerial or senior supervisory role.
- Deep expertise in Indonesian Financial Accounting Standards (PSAK) and comprehensive knowledge of Indonesian tax regulations (PPh, PPN, and withholding taxes).
- Proven experience managing month-end and year-end close processes, consolidation of financial statements, and preparation of management reports.
- Strong proficiency in major ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or Microsoft Dynamics) and advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
- Exceptional leadership, team management, and interpersonal skills with a demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional initiatives.
- Outstanding analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail and the ability to meet tight deadlines.
