Kualifikasi
- S1 degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Analytics, or related field
- 3+ years experience in operations analysis or process optimization
- Advanced proficiency in SQL, Excel, and data visualization tools (Power BI/Tableau)
- Certification in Six Sigma Green Belt or Lean Management preferred
- Strong statistical modeling and predictive analytics skills
- Experience with ERP systems (SAP/Oracle) and CRM platforms
