Tanggung Jawab
- Manage end-to-end procurement cycles for key product categories
- Negotiate contracts with suppliers to secure optimal pricing and terms
- Analyze market trends to identify cost-saving opportunities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align purchasing strategies
- Evaluate supplier performance and maintain vendor relationships
- Monitor inventory levels to prevent stockouts or overstocking
- Ensure compliance with procurement policies and ethical standards
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, or related field
- 3+ years experience in procurement or buying roles
- Strong negotiation and analytical skills
- Proficiency in ERP systems and procurement software
- Excellent communication in Bahasa Indonesia and English
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Certification in CIPS or equivalent preferred
- Knowledge of Indonesian market regulations
