Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute operational strategies aligned with company vision and growth objectives
- Oversee cross-functional departments including HR, Finance, Supply Chain, and IT
- Implement process optimization initiatives to enhance efficiency and reduce costs
- Lead digital transformation projects to modernize operational infrastructure
- Drive performance metrics through KPI tracking and continuous improvement frameworks
- Forge strategic partnerships with key stakeholders and industry leaders
- Ensure compliance with Indonesian regulations and international standards
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 15 years progressive experience in operations management, with 5+ years in C-suite roles
- Proven track record scaling operations in technology or manufacturing sectors
- Advanced degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or related field
- Expertise in Lean Six Sigma, Agile methodologies, and operational excellence frameworks
- Strong financial acumen with experience in budgeting and P&L management
- Exceptional leadership skills with demonstrated ability to build high-performance teams
- Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia and English; Mandarin proficiency is advantageous
