Tanggung Jawab
- Maintain and optimize database performance across Oracle, MySQL, and PostgreSQL environments
- Implement robust backup/recovery solutions and disaster recovery protocols
- Monitor database health, troubleshoot complex issues, and proactively prevent downtime
- Design and implement security controls to protect sensitive corporate data
- Collaborate with development teams on database schema design and query optimization
- Document database configurations, procedures, and best practices
- Lead database migration projects and upgrade initiatives
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field (Master's preferred)
- 5+ years of experience with enterprise database administration
- Expertise in Oracle 19c/21c, MySQL 8.0+, and PostgreSQL 14+
- Strong knowledge of database security principles and compliance standards
- Proficiency in performance tuning, indexing strategies, and query optimization
- Experience with cloud databases (AWS RDS, Azure SQL) is mandatory
- Certification (Oracle OCP, MySQL OCP, or PostgreSQL CE) highly valued
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure
