Tanggung Jawab
- Mentor junior designers and establish design best practices
- Lead end-to-end product design from research to implementation
- Develop and maintain scalable design systems
- Conduct user research and translate insights into actionable design
- Collaborate with product managers and engineers to prioritize features
- Present design solutions to stakeholders and iterate based on feedback
Kualifikasi
- 5+ years of experience in product design with proven portfolio
- Expertise in Figma, Sketch, and Adobe Creative Suite
- Strong understanding of user-centered design principles
- Experience with design systems and component libraries
- Proficiency in user research methodologies (interviews, usability testing)
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Portfolio showcasing complex digital products
