Sebagai Estimator Biaya Produksi, Anda akan bertanggung jawab dalam pengembangan dan penentuan estimasi biaya produksi yang akurat dan realistis. Anda akan bekerja sama dengan tim engineering, procurement, dan management untuk memastikan proyek produksi dilaksanakan dengan efisiensi dan efektifitas maksimal.
Tanggung Jawab
- Analyze production processes and materials to determine cost components
- Develop and maintain cost estimation models and databases
- Create detailed cost estimates for production projects
- Review and validate cost estimates against actual production costs
- Provide cost analysis and recommendations to management
- Track market trends and material price changes affecting production costs
- Collaborate with engineering and procurement teams
- Update cost estimation methods and tools as needed
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Economics, or related field
- 3-5 years of experience in production cost estimation
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in cost estimation software and tools
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
- Good communication and presentation skills
- Knowledge of production processes and materials
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
