Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and maintain robust financial reporting systems for accurate monthly/quarterly statements
- Lead budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis processes
- Ensure compliance with Indonesian GAAP and tax regulations
- Manage internal controls and SOX implementation
- Coordinate audits and liaise with external auditors
- Analyze financial trends and provide strategic recommendations
- Lead accounts payable/receivable and treasury operations
Kualifikasi
- S1 degree in Accounting/Finance with SAK certification
- Minimum 5 years experience in financial control role
- Expert knowledge of Indonesian tax and regulatory frameworks
- Advanced proficiency in ERP systems (SAP/Oracle)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Professional certification (Akuntan Publik/CPA) preferred
- Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and English
