Tanggung Jawab
- Design and develop mechanical systems using CAD software (SolidWorks/AutoCAD) for industrial applications
- Analyze technical requirements and create detailed engineering specifications
- Conduct feasibility studies and risk assessments for mechanical projects
- Collaborate with production teams to optimize manufacturing processes
- Perform stress analysis, thermal calculations, and material selection
- Ensure compliance with ISO, ASME, and local engineering standards
- Mentor junior engineers and review technical documentation
Kualifikasi
- S1 degree in Mechanical Engineering from accredited university
- Minimum 3 years of experience in mechanical design/analysis
- Proficiency in CAD/CAM software (SolidWorks preferred)
- Strong understanding of thermodynamics, fluid mechanics, and material science
- Certification in Six Sigma or project management (PMP) is advantageous
- Experience with finite element analysis (FEA) tools
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
- Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia and English
