Tanggung Jawab
- Operate heavy machinery (excavators, haul trucks) under strict safety guidelines
- Monitor and maintain mining equipment to ensure optimal performance
- Assist in geological surveys and sample collection for analysis
- Implement sustainable mining practices to minimize environmental impact
- Collaborate with engineering teams on site development and planning
- Adhere to all regulatory compliance and company standards
- Participate in regular safety drills and training sessions
Kualifikasi
- Minimum SMU/SMA technical diploma or equivalent certification
- Valid heavy machinery operator license (SIM C/D)
- 2+ years experience in mining or heavy industry
- Strong understanding of OHS mining standards
- Physical fitness and ability to work in challenging conditions
- Basic computer literacy for reporting systems
- Willingness to rotate shifts and travel to project sites
- Certification in first aid and emergency response preferred
