Tanggung Jawab
- Design and develop novel polymer formulations for industrial applications
- Conduct material characterization using SEM, DSC, and rheology testing
- Optimize manufacturing processes for extrusion and injection molding
- Collaborate with R&D teams on sustainable polymer innovations
- Lead cross-functional projects with mechanical and chemical engineers
- Document technical specifications and prepare patent applications
- Mentor junior engineers in polymer science principles
Kualifikasi
- S1/Master's in Chemical/Material Engineering with 5+ years experience
- Expertise in polymer synthesis, compounding, and testing methodologies
- Proficiency in CAD software (SolidWorks/AutoCAD) and material simulation
- Strong understanding of ISO 9001 and ASTM testing standards
- Track record in commercializing polymer products
- Published research in polymer science or related field preferred
- Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and English (written/spoken)
