Tanggung Jawab
- Execute advanced NDT methods (UT, MT, PT, RT, VT) per ISO 9712 standards
- Analyze test data using digital radiography and ultrasonic flaw detection systems
- Generate detailed inspection reports with NDT interpretation expertise
- Calibrate and maintain NDT equipment per ASNT guidelines
- Train junior inspectors on NDT procedures and safety protocols
- Collaborate with engineering teams on root cause analysis
- Ensure compliance with API 510/570 and ASME codes
Kualifikasi
- S1 Teknik Mesin/Material/Rekayasa Industri
- Minimum 5 years NDT field experience in heavy industry
- Certified Level II/III in 3+ NDT methods (ISO 9712)
- Expertise in API 510/570 and ASME Section V
- Proficient with digital radiography & phased array UT
- Strong analytical skills for complex flaw interpretation
- Certified Welding Inspector (CWI) preferred
- Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and technical English
