We're seeking a strategic Inventory Planner to optimize stock levels, reduce holding costs, and ensure seamless product availability across our distribution network. Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and maintain inventory planning models using demand forecasting and historical data analysis
- Optimize stock levels across multiple warehouses to prevent overstocking and stockouts
- Collaborate with procurement to align purchasing strategies with sales forecasts
- Monitor inventory KPIs (turnover rate, accuracy, obsolescence) and implement corrective actions
- Coordinate with sales teams to support promotional activities and new product launches
- Generate regular inventory reports and executive dashboards for decision-making
- Lead continuous improvement initiatives in inventory management processes
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 3+ years of experience in inventory planning or supply chain management
- Advanced proficiency in Excel and ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or similar)
- Strong analytical skills with experience in demand forecasting models
- Knowledge of inventory optimization techniques (ABC analysis, safety stock calculations)
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
- Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and English (written and spoken)
