Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and implement comprehensive Islamic educational curriculum integrating traditional pesantren teachings with modern pedagogical approaches
- Provide spiritual guidance and mentorship to students (santri) and teaching staff through daily assemblies, religious studies, and personal counseling
- Lead administrative operations including budget management, facility maintenance, and staff development programs
- Foster community relations with local religious institutions, government bodies, and international educational partners
- Oversee extracurricular activities including Quranic recitation competitions, religious debates, and community service projects
- Ensure compliance with national education standards while preserving pesantren's unique cultural identity
- Drive fundraising initiatives and donor relations for scholarship programs and infrastructure development
Kualifikasi
- Minimum S2 degree in Islamic Studies, Education Management, or related field with recognized certification (e.g., from UIN/IAIN)
- Minimum 10 years experience in Islamic education leadership, including 5 years in senior administrative role
- Deep understanding of traditional pesantren systems (salaf/modern) and contemporary Islamic educational trends
- Fluency in Arabic and proficiency in Quranic exegesis (Tafsir) and Hadith studies
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to inspire diverse stakeholders (students, parents, staff, donors)
- Strategic planning expertise with demonstrated success in educational institution management
- Certification in educational leadership or Islamic jurisprudence (Fiqh) is strongly preferred
- Commitment to gender-inclusive education and student-centered learning approaches
