Tanggung Jawab
- Maintain strict temperature control (-18°C to 4°C) for refrigerated cargo during transit
- Operate refrigerated vehicles with advanced monitoring systems
- Perform pre-trip/post-trip inspections of refrigeration units
- Document temperature logs and handle food safety documentation
- Coordinate with warehouse staff for efficient loading/unloading procedures
- Respond to temperature deviation incidents per SOP
- Deliver products to supermarkets, restaurants, and distribution centers
- Adhere to HACCP and GMP standards for food transport
Kualifikasi
- SIM C valid with minimum 2 years driving experience
- Certification in cold chain logistics or food handling (advantageous)
- Experience with refrigerated vehicles or temperature-controlled transport
- Strong understanding of food safety principles (HACCP)
- Ability to read temperature monitoring systems and troubleshoot basic issues
- Physical fitness for loading/unloading operations
- Excellent time management and route optimization skills
- High integrity and commitment to quality standards
