Tanggung Jawab
- Execute PCR testing protocols for shrimp pathogens (WSSV, IMNV, etc.) with precision and adherence to ISO standards
- Conduct comprehensive plankton analysis and phytoplankton identification to monitor water quality parameters
- Maintain laboratory equipment calibration, inventory management, and quality control documentation
- Prepare detailed technical reports on disease outbreaks and water quality trends for aquaculture teams
- Collaborate with aquaculture field teams to implement biosecurity measures and health management plans
- Participate in research initiatives for emerging shrimp disease detection methodologies
Kualifikasi
- S1 degree in Aquaculture, Biology, Microbiology, or related life sciences field
- Minimum 2 years hands-on experience in PCR diagnostics and plankton analysis
- Proficiency in shrimp disease identification protocols and aquatic microbiology techniques
- Certification in laboratory safety management (ISO 17025 preferred)
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail in sample preparation and data interpretation
- Ability to work independently in fast-paced aquaculture environment
- Experience with laboratory information management systems (LIMS) is advantageous
