Tanggung Jawab
- Perform PCR testing for shrimp pathogens (WSSV, EMS, IMNV) with 99% accuracy
- Conduct daily plankton identification and water quality analysis
- Maintain laboratory equipment calibration and sterile conditions
- Generate detailed diagnostic reports with actionable insights
- Collaborate with farm teams for outbreak prevention protocols
- Implement ISO 17025 laboratory standards
- Train junior technicians on molecular biology techniques
Kualifikasi
- S1 degree in Aquaculture, Microbiology, or Veterinary Science
- Minimum 2 years PCR/plankton analysis experience
- Certification in molecular biology techniques preferred
- Expertise in shrimp disease diagnostics (WSSV, EMS, etc.)
- Proficiency in laboratory information systems (LIMS)
- Strong problem-solving and data interpretation skills
- Fluent in Indonesian with professional English documentation
- Ability to work rotating shifts during outbreak seasons
