Tanggung Jawab
- Setup, calibrate, and operate CNC machines and injection molding equipment
- Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting of machinery
- Monitor production processes to ensure quality standards are met
- Adjust machine parameters for optimal efficiency and output
- Document production data and maintain equipment logs
- Collaborate with quality control teams to resolve technical issues
- Train junior operators on proper machine operation protocols
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 3 years experience as Machine Setter in manufacturing
- CNC programming certification (Fanuc/Siemens preferred)
- Strong understanding of ISO quality standards
- Proficiency in reading technical drawings and schematics
- Problem-solving skills with mechanical aptitude
- Ability to work under pressure with tight deadlines
- Relevant vocational degree or technical diploma
