Tanggung Jawab
- Design and execute comprehensive market research projects to identify growth opportunities
- Analyze consumer behavior, market trends, and competitive landscapes
- Develop actionable insights through quantitative and qualitative research methodologies
- Collaborate with product and marketing teams to align research with business objectives
- Present findings to senior leadership through compelling visual reports and presentations
- Manage research budgets and vendor relationships for data acquisition
Kualifikasi
- S1 degree in Marketing, Business, Statistics, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 5+ years experience in market research with 2+ years in managerial role
- Expertise in survey design, data analysis (SPSS, R, Python), and statistical modeling
- Proven track record of translating research into successful business strategies
- Strong leadership skills with experience managing cross-functional teams
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills in Indonesian and English
