Tanggung Jawab

  • Design, execute, and manage comprehensive market research projects including consumer surveys, focus groups, and competitive analysis
  • Analyze market trends, consumer behavior, and industry dynamics to identify growth opportunities and strategic threats
  • Develop actionable insights and data-driven recommendations for product development, marketing strategies, and market entry plans
  • Lead cross-functional research initiatives, collaborating with product, marketing, and sales teams
  • Manage research vendors, budgets, and timelines while ensuring data quality and ethical research standards
  • Present complex findings to senior leadership and stakeholders through compelling visualizations and reports
  • Maintain and enhance market intelligence databases and competitive tracking systems

Kualifikasi

  • S1 degree in Marketing, Business, Statistics, or related field; S2/Master's degree strongly preferred
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in market research with 2+ years in managerial role
  • Expertise in qualitative and quantitative research methodologies including survey design, statistical analysis, and data interpretation
  • Proficiency with research tools (SPSS, NVivo, Qualtrics) and data visualization platforms (Tableau, Power BI)
  • Proven track record of translating complex data into strategic business recommendations
  • Strong leadership skills with experience managing cross-functional teams and external vendors
  • Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia and English; Mandarin proficiency is advantageous
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills with ability to influence stakeholders at all levels
