Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and implement material control strategies to minimize inventory costs while maintaining production continuity
- Monitor and analyze inventory levels, turnover rates, and stock accuracy using SAP/ERP systems
- Coordinate with procurement, production, and logistics teams to optimize material flow and scheduling
- Conduct ABC analysis and cycle counts to ensure inventory accuracy and compliance
- Lead continuous improvement initiatives for warehouse operations and material handling processes
- Prepare detailed reports on inventory performance, variances, and cost-saving opportunities
- Ensure compliance with ISO 9001 and safety regulations in material handling
Kualifikasi
- S1 degree in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or related field
- Minimum 3 years experience in material control, inventory management, or warehouse operations
- Proficiency in SAP MM module and inventory management software
- Strong analytical skills with experience in ABC analysis and demand forecasting
- Knowledge of lean manufacturing principles and 5S methodology
- Certification in APICS CPIM or equivalent highly desirable
- Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and English (written and spoken)
- Experience in ISO 9001 implementation and auditing preferred
