Tanggung Jawab
- Perform preventive maintenance on excavators, bulldozers, and cranes
- Diagnose mechanical and hydraulic system failures
- Overhaul engines, transmissions, and hydraulic components
- Read technical manuals and schematics for repairs
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations
- Document maintenance activities in digital systems
- Train junior mechanics on best practices
- Coordinate with operations teams for urgent repairs
Kualifikasi
- SMA/STM Teknik Mesin or equivalent certification
- Minimum 3 years heavy equipment maintenance experience
- Expert knowledge of diesel engine systems
- Hydraulic and pneumatic systems troubleshooting
- Certification in CAT/Komatsu equipment preferred
- Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills
- Physical ability to work in demanding environments
- Valid driver's license (SIM A)
