Tanggung Jawab
- Maintain and deploy gill nets according to seasonal fish migration patterns
- Operate fishing vessels safely in Jakarta Bay waters
- Inspect and repair fishing equipment daily
- Sort and preserve catches using industry-standard methods
- Adhere to sustainable fishing practices and regulations
- Collaborate with crew members for efficient operations
- Submit daily catch reports and vessel maintenance logs
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 2 years experience with gill net fishing techniques
- Certified in maritime safety and first aid (SAR/PPK)
- Strong knowledge of Jakarta Bay marine ecosystems
- Physical stamina for extended sea trips (6-12 hours)
- Valid skipper license (CAPS) preferred
- Ability to work in all weather conditions
- Basic English communication skills
