Tanggung Jawab
- Operate ring trawling equipment to catch pelagic fish species
- Maintain fishing nets, winches, and deck machinery
- Sort, clean, and preserve catches according to quality standards
- Monitor sea conditions and fish behavior during operations
- Adhere to strict safety protocols and maritime regulations
- Assist with vessel maintenance and minor repairs
- Collaborate with crew members for efficient fishing operations
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 3 years experience in ring trawling or similar fishing methods
- Certified in Basic Sea Survival and First Aid (SAR-PPA)
- Strong physical stamina and ability to work in harsh marine conditions
- Familiarity with pelagic fish species and fishing techniques
- Valid Indonesian Seafarer's Certificate (STCW Basic Safety)
- Knowledge of net maintenance and repair procedures
- Ability to work collaboratively in a multicultural team environment
