Tanggung Jawab
- Maintain and operate long-line fishing equipment at surface level
- Execute baiting, setting, and hauling operations efficiently
- Monitor catch quality and compliance with sustainability standards
- Perform routine equipment maintenance and safety checks
- Document daily catches and operational data accurately
- Collaborate with team members during all fishing phases
- Adhere to strict maritime safety protocols
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 2 years experience in long-line (rawai) fishing
- Valid maritime safety certification (Kapal Nelayan Kecil)
- Physical fitness for demanding sea conditions
- Basic knowledge of fish handling and preservation
- Ability to work in rotating shifts and overnight trips
- Strong teamwork and communication skills
- Understanding of sustainable fishing practices
- Clean criminal record and valid seafarer ID
