Job Summary:
We are looking for a strategic leader who can bridge the gap between management goals and daily execution. As an Operation Supervisor, you will be responsible for supervising staff, managing inventory or production schedules, and solving operational bottlenecks.
Tanggung Jawab
- Leadership & Management: Supervise, mentor, and evaluate the performance of the operations team to ensure high productivity and morale.
- Process Optimization: Analyze current operational workflows and implement strategies to improve efficiency, reduce waste, and cut costs.
- Operational Oversight: Monitor daily operations to ensure strict adherence to company policies, safety regulations, and quality standards.
- Resource Allocation: Manage staff schedules, inventory levels, and equipment maintenance to prevent downtime.
- Reporting & Analysis: Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports, including KPI tracking and performance analysis for upper management.
- Crisis Management: Handle operational emergencies and resolve issues promptly to minimize impact on business continuity.
- Stakeholder Communication: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including logistics, HR, and sales, to align operational goals with business objectives.
Kualifikasi
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in operations, logistics, or production management.
- Leadership Skills: Proven track record of leading teams and managing conflict effectively.
- Analytical Skills: Strong ability to analyze data, interpret metrics, and make data-driven decisions.
- Technical Proficiency: Advanced skills in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint) and ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or similar).
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Indonesian and English.
- Adaptability: Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple priorities under pressure.
