Tanggung Jawab
- Maintain and monitor shrimp pond installation systems, including water quality management, aeration, and filtration equipment
- Operate and troubleshoot advanced aquaculture technology (automated feeding systems, sensors, IoT monitoring)
- Implement biosecurity protocols and disease prevention measures across all installations
- Train junior operators on equipment operation and safety procedures
- Collaborate with R&D team to test and implement sustainable farming innovations
- Prepare daily operational reports and performance analytics
- Ensure compliance with environmental and industry regulations
Kualifikasi
- Min. SMA/SMK Teknik Pertanian or equivalent certification in aquaculture
- 3+ years hands-on experience in shrimp farm operations and installation
- Proficiency in operating aquaculture technology (sensors, automated systems)
- Certification in water quality management and biosecurity protocols
- Strong problem-solving skills for technical equipment troubleshooting
- Basic understanding of aquaculture biology and shrimp farming cycles
- Ability to work in high-humidity environments and perform physical tasks
- Valid BPJS Ketenagakerjaan certificate
