Tanggung Jawab
- Maintain and operate thickening equipment with precision monitoring of slurry density, flow rates, and chemical dosing
- Execute preventive maintenance schedules to maximize equipment uptime and minimize production disruptions
- Analyze process parameters using SCADA systems and implement corrective actions for optimal performance
- Ensure strict compliance with OHSAS 18001 and environmental regulations for hazardous material handling
- Train junior operators on standardized operating procedures and emergency response protocols
- Collaborate with quality control teams to achieve target product specifications (TSS, moisture content)
- Document production logs and maintain accurate shift handover reports
Kualifikasi
- Diploma/S1 in Chemical Engineering, Mining Engineering, or Industrial Process Technology
- Minimum 3 years hands-on experience with thickeners, clarifiers, or similar solid-liquid separation equipment
- Certified in industrial safety (Sertifikat K3 Umum) and hazardous materials handling
- Proficient in operating SCADA systems and process control instrumentation
- Demonstrated problem-solving skills in troubleshooting mechanical and process issues
- Strong mathematical aptitude for density calculations and chemical dosage adjustments
- Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia with technical English proficiency for manuals
- Physical ability to work in elevated areas and handle 25kg materials
