Tanggung Jawab
- Operate and maintain tunneling machinery including Tunnel Boring Machines (TBMs) and drilling equipment
- Execute precise tunnel excavation following engineering specifications and safety protocols
- Monitor ground conditions and implement support systems to prevent collapses
- Install tunnel linings and waterproofing systems according to project requirements
- Conduct daily equipment inspections and report maintenance needs
- Collaborate with geotechnical engineers to address subsurface challenges
- Adhere strictly to OHS standards and emergency procedures
- Document progress and maintain accurate work records
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 5 years experience in underground construction/tunneling projects
- Certification in tunneling safety operations (e.g., Tunnel Safety Management System)
- Proficiency with TBM operation and conventional tunneling methods
- Strong understanding of ground support techniques and grouting procedures
- Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and technical specifications
- Physical fitness and ability to work in confined spaces
- Valid underground construction safety training certification
- Experience with geological monitoring instrumentation
