Tanggung Jawab
- Execute flawless interior/exterior painting using premium materials and techniques
- Prepare surfaces (sanding, patching, priming) for optimal paint adhesion
- Apply various paint types (emulsion, enamel, epoxy) with precision tools
- Ensure compliance with safety protocols and environmental standards
- Manage inventory and maintain organized workspace
- Collaborate with designers for custom color matching projects
- Deliver exceptional client service through professional communication
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 2 years professional painting experience
- Certification in painting/finishing techniques preferred
- Expert knowledge of surface preparation methods
- Proficiency with spray guns, rollers, and specialized brushes
- Physical stamina for extended standing/lifting (15kg+)
- Portfolio showcasing diverse painting projects
- Valid BPJS Ketenagakerjaan certification
- Excellent attention to detail and color accuracy
