Tanggung Jawab
- Maintain and operate heavy mining equipment safely and efficiently
- Monitor mining site conditions and report hazards immediately
- Assist in drilling, blasting, and material extraction processes
- Perform routine equipment maintenance and basic repairs
- Ensure compliance with all safety protocols and environmental standards
- Document daily operational activities and production metrics
- Collaborate with geologists and engineers to optimize extraction methods
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 2 years of experience in mining or heavy industrial operations
- Valid certification in heavy equipment operation (e.g., Excavator, Dump Truck)
- Strong physical fitness and ability to work in challenging environments
- Basic knowledge of mining safety regulations (SLO, K3)
- High school diploma or equivalent technical certification
- Ability to work 12-hour shifts in rotating schedules
- Team-oriented with excellent communication skills
- Willingness to obtain additional safety certifications
