Tanggung Jawab
- Install, inspect, and dismantle scaffolding systems for high-rise buildings and industrial structures
- Ensure compliance with OSHA and local safety regulations (SNI 8623:2018)
- Lead scaffolding teams during project execution with strict quality control
- Conduct daily safety briefings and toolbox talks for crew members
- Prepare technical documentation including scaffolding blueprints and inspection reports
- Coordinate with structural engineers and project managers for seamless integration
- Maintain inventory and condition of scaffolding equipment
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 5 years of hands-on scaffolding experience in commercial construction
- Valid Scaffolding Installation & Safety Certification (Sertifikat Pelaksana Scaffolding)
- Proficiency in reading technical drawings and structural plans
- Strong knowledge of tubular scaffolding systems and frame scaffolding
- Certified in First Aid and Advanced Rescue Procedures
- Proven leadership experience managing scaffolding crews (5+ members)
- Physical ability to work at heights and in challenging environments
- Strong problem-solving skills for complex structural configurations
