Tanggung Jawab
- Supervise daily construction activities across multiple project sites
- Ensure strict adherence to technical specifications and quality standards
- Implement and monitor safety protocols (K3) for workers and site security
- Coordinate with engineers, contractors, and regulatory authorities
- Manage material procurement and inventory control systems
- Prepare progress reports and maintain project documentation
- Resolve technical issues and optimize construction methodologies
Kualifikasi
- S1 degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Management
- Minimum 5 years of experience in construction supervision
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian building codes (SNI) and regulations
- Certified Pengawas Konstruksi license from Kementerian PUPR
- Proficient in AutoCAD and project management software
- Excellent leadership and conflict resolution skills
- Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and English
