Tanggung Jawab
- Cultivate and maintain watercress fields according to best agricultural practices
- Monitor water quality and environmental conditions to ensure optimal growth
- Implement sustainable farming techniques and follow organic cultivation standards
- Harvest watercress at the right time and process according to quality specifications
- Maintain all farming equipment and facilities in good working condition
- Comply with agricultural regulations and guidelines from local authorities
- Work collaboratively with team members to achieve production targets
Kualifikasi
- 2+ years of experience in agricultural farming, preferably with leafy vegetables
- Proven knowledge of watercress cultivation techniques and growth patterns
- Physical fitness and ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
- Good understanding of crop management and pest control
- Team-oriented with excellent communication skills
- Familiarity with basic agricultural tools and equipment
- Willingness to work long hours and maintain strict hygiene standards
