Tanggung Jawab
- Manage daily layer chicken operations including feeding, health monitoring, and environmental control
- Maintain optimal egg production through precise flock management and nutrition protocols
- Implement strict biosecurity measures to prevent disease outbreaks
- Monitor and record flock health, production metrics, and environmental conditions
- Coordinate with veterinary staff for vaccinations, treatments, and health protocols
- Train and supervise junior farm workers on best practices
- Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and company standards
- Maintain accurate records of flock performance and production data
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in layer chicken farming
- Proven track record in maintaining high egg production rates (target: 85-90%)
- Strong understanding of poultry nutrition, disease prevention, and biosecurity
- Certificate in Animal Husbandry or Veterinary Science preferred
- Ability to work in physically demanding conditions with irregular hours
- Basic computer skills for data recording and reporting
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Valid health certificate and willingness to undergo periodic medical checks
