Tanggung Jawab
- Manage daily care for Landrace, Yorkshire, and Duroc pig breeds including feeding, health monitoring, and habitat maintenance
- Implement biosecurity protocols and disease prevention measures to ensure herd health
- Monitor pig growth metrics and breeding cycles for optimal productivity
- Operate and maintain advanced farming equipment (automated feeders, climate control systems)
- Collaborate with veterinarians for herd health management and treatment plans
- Document production data and maintain accurate farm records
- Train junior staff on best practices in pig farming
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience with Landrace, Yorkshire, and Duroc pig breeds
- Certificate in Animal Husbandry or Veterinary Technology preferred
- Strong understanding of pig nutrition, breeding, and disease prevention
- Proficiency in operating modern farming equipment and monitoring systems
- Ability to work in physically demanding environments and adhere to safety protocols
- Basic knowledge of biosecurity standards and sustainable farming practices
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
