Tanggung Jawab
- Monitor swiftlet health, behavior, and nesting patterns daily
- Implement sanitation protocols and disease prevention measures
- Optimize building acoustics and environmental conditions for nesting
- Coordinate nest harvesting and quality control processes
- Train junior farm staff on sustainable farming practices
- Maintain detailed farm production and health records
- Collaborate with veterinarians for specialized care
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 3 years in swiftlet farming or avian management
- Proven track record in increasing nest yield by 20%+
- Expertise in building acoustic optimization techniques
- Certification in animal health and disease management
- Strong knowledge of Kalimantan's climate and ecology
- Experience with sustainable farming practices
- Ability to work independently in remote farm locations
- Valid Indonesian farming certification (Sertifikasi Peternak)
