Tanggung Jawab
- Execute land clearing, leveling, and earthwork operations according to blueprints.
- Operate heavy machinery such as excavators, dozers, and graders safely and efficiently.
- Conduct soil compaction tests and ensure site preparation meets quality standards.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
- Monitor site progress and report any technical issues to the Site Supervisor immediately.
- Adhere strictly to environmental regulations and safety regulations (SBU).
Kualifikasi
- Minimum SMA/SMK degree, preferably with a major in Civil Engineering or Construction.
- Previous experience in reclamation, earthworks, or general construction is preferred.
- Physically fit, strong, and able to work in outdoor conditions.
- Valid SIM A (driving license) is an advantage.
- Understanding of safety standards (SBU) is a plus.
- Ability to work in a team and follow instructions precisely.
