Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and maintain master production schedules (MPS) to align with customer demand forecasts
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate raw material procurement with suppliers
- Analyze production capacity constraints and optimize resource allocation
- Implement Kanban/ERP systems for real-time production tracking
- Coordinate cross-functional teams (Production, Purchasing, Warehouse) to resolve bottlenecks
- Generate weekly/monthly performance reports for senior management
- Continuously improve planning accuracy through data-driven adjustments
Kualifikasi
- S1 degree in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or related field
- Minimum 2 years experience in PPIC roles within manufacturing
- Advanced proficiency in ERP systems (SAP/Oracle) and MS Excel
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
- Understanding of lean manufacturing principles and JIT systems
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
- Certified Production and Inventory Management (CPIM) preferred
