PT. Tech Innovations Indonesia is seeking a highly skilled Reliability Engineer (Insinyur Keandalan) to join our dynamic team in Jakarta. Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and implement comprehensive reliability engineering programs and strategies to improve product and system performance
- Conduct systematic failure analysis and root cause investigations to identify and resolve reliability issues
- Perform reliability testing, validation, and verification activities to ensure product compliance with industry standards
- Create and maintain reliability models, statistical databases, and predictive analytics to forecast product life and performance
- Develop and implement preventive maintenance strategies and reliability improvement initiatives
- Establish and track reliability metrics and key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure and improve system reliability
- Collaborate with engineering, quality, and operations teams to implement reliability improvements and best practices
- Provide technical guidance and training to cross-functional teams on reliability engineering principles and methodologies
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Reliability Engineering, or related field
- 3+ years of professional experience in reliability engineering, quality engineering, or similar technical role
- Strong understanding of reliability principles, statistical analysis, and quality management systems (ISO 9001, ISO 14001)
- Proven experience with Failure Mode and Effects Analysis (FMEA), Weibull analysis, and reliability testing methodologies
- Experience with reliability software tools such as Weibull++, Minitab, or similar statistical analysis tools
- Knowledge of reliability-centered maintenance (RCM), predictive maintenance, and condition-based monitoring techniques
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and derive actionable insights
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
