Tanggung Jawab
- Lead resource estimation and modeling for major mining projects using industry-standard software (Datamine, Surpac)
- Design and execute exploration programs to identify and quantify mineral resources
- Prepare comprehensive technical reports and reserve statements for regulatory compliance
- Collaborate with drilling teams to optimize core logging and sampling protocols
- Analyze geological data to identify resource expansion opportunities and mine planning inputs
- Mentor junior geologists and contribute to technical training programs
- Ensure adherence to JORC and NI 43-101 reporting standards
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Geology or related field with minimum 5 years experience in resource estimation
- Proven expertise in mineral resource classification and reserve definition
- Advanced proficiency in geological software (Datamine, Surpac, Leapfrog)
- Strong understanding of Indonesian mining regulations and permitting processes
- Experience leading exploration programs in diverse geological environments
- Certified Resource Geologist (CRG) or equivalent professional qualification
- Exceptional analytical skills with attention to geological detail
- Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia and English (verbal/written)
