As OWL, we are searching for a visionary Senior NLP Research Lead to drive our next-generation Indonesian-language models and multilingual AI solutions. You will lead the R&D of state-of-the-art language processing technologies and collaborating with our global product and engineering teams. This is a high-impact role for an ambitious researcher excited about pushing the boundaries of language AI.
Tanggung Jawab
- Design and implement cutting-edge NLP models and research roadmaps for ZOO's Indonesian / multilingual products.
- Publication in top-tier conferences (ACL, EMNLP, NeurIPS).
- Mentorship and leadership of junior engineers and researchers.
- Close collaboration with the Product team to translate research into production-ready systems.
- Support the team on the latest breakthroughs in transformers, LLMs, and dialogue systems.
- Value the open-source community and contribute to ZOO's technical reputation.
Kualifikasi
- PhD in Computational Linguistics, Machine Learning, Computer Science, or related field.
- 3+ years of professional or research experience in Natural Language Processing.
- Proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, and PyTorch.
- Experience with Indonesian NLP (morphological analysis, NER, sentiment, summarization).
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure) is preferred.
