Kuda Prima Jaya, Indonesia's premier horse racing and polo breeding facility, seeks an experienced Senior Horse Breeder to manage our world-class Deli/Polo bloodline operations. Located in the prestigious Sentul City equestrian hub, you'll work with championship-caliber horses in a state-of-the-art environment. Tanggung Jawab
- Manage daily care, nutrition, and health monitoring of 20+ premium race/polo horses
- Execute breeding programs using artificial insemination and natural cover techniques
- Coordinate with veterinarians for preventive care and emergency treatments
- Maintain detailed digital records of breeding cycles, health metrics, and performance data
- Train junior staff on advanced horse handling and stable management protocols
- Oversee facility maintenance including paddock rotation and equipment calibration
- Prepare horses for international competitions and sales events
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 5 years experience in professional horse breeding (racing/polo/deli focus)
- Certification in Equine Reproduction or Animal Husbandry (preferred)
- Proven track record with high-performance bloodlines and championship winners
- Expertise in equine nutrition, preventive healthcare, and injury rehabilitation
- Advanced knowledge of Deli/Polo breeding genetics and performance metrics
- Strong leadership skills with experience managing equestrian teams
- Proficient in digital record-keeping systems (e.g., EquiBase, StablePro)
- Valid equestrian safety certifications
