Tanggung Jawab
- Design, develop, and optimize manufacturing tooling systems using CAD/CAM software
- Collaborate with production teams to troubleshoot equipment issues and improve efficiency
- Lead implementation of automated tooling solutions for high-volume production lines
- Conduct root cause analysis for tooling failures and implement preventive measures
- Maintain documentation for tooling specifications, maintenance schedules, and safety protocols
- Mentor junior engineers and conduct training on tooling operations
- Stay updated on industry innovations in manufacturing automation
Kualifikasi
- S1 degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field with 5+ years of experience
- Expert proficiency in SolidWorks, AutoCAD, and CAM software (Mastercam preferred)
- Strong understanding of CNC machining, injection molding, and assembly processes
- Certification in Six Sigma or Lean Manufacturing is highly desirable
- Proven track record in reducing production downtime through tooling optimization
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work under tight deadlines
- Fluent in both Indonesian and English for technical documentation
