Tanggung Jawab
- Develop, implement, and monitor comprehensive K3 programs aligned with Permenaker regulations and ISO 45001 standards
- Conduct regular workplace inspections, risk assessments, and incident investigations
- Deliver engaging safety training sessions for employees at all levels
- Manage emergency response procedures and conduct drills
- Prepare and submit K3 reports to regulatory authorities and management
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate safety into operational processes
- Lead safety committees and promote proactive safety culture initiatives
Kualifikasi
- S1 degree in Occupational Health & Safety, Engineering, or related field
- Sertifikasi K3 Umum (K3 Umum) and K3 Khusus (Khusus) certification mandatory
- Minimum 3 years of experience in manufacturing or industrial safety roles
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian K3 regulations (Permenaker No. 5/2018)
- Proficiency in safety management systems and reporting tools
- Excellent communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia
- Certified First Aid Trainer (PKP) preferred
