Anda akan menjadi bagian dari tim yang bertanggung jawab atas keamanan dan ketertiban operasional kami di tingkat global. Dalam peran ini, Anda akan bertanggung jawab atas analisis regulasi, pelaksanaan program kewajiban perdagangan, dan koordinasi dengan otoritas pemerintah.
Tanggung Jawab
- Analyze international trade regulations and compliance requirements for import/export activities
- Conduct risk assessments for global trade operations and develop mitigation strategies
- Ensure compliance with customs regulations, documentation requirements, and trade agreements
- Develop and implement trade compliance programs and policies for the organization
- Monitor changes in international trade policies and regulations, and implement necessary adjustments
- Coordinate with customs authorities, regulatory bodies, and other government agencies
- Conduct audits and reviews of trade compliance processes and procedures
- Provide training and guidance to employees on trade compliance policies and procedures
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in International Trade, Law, Business Administration, or related field
- 3-5 years of experience in trade compliance, customs, or international trade
- Strong knowledge of international trade regulations, customs procedures, and documentation requirements
- Experience with import/export documentation and processes
- Understanding of trade agreements, international trade policies, and customs regulations
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
- Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and trade compliance software
- Good communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to work with cross-functional teams
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
