Tanggung Jawab
- Design, implement, and maintain high-voltage electrical systems and automation solutions
- Conduct power system analysis, load studies, and fault calculations for industrial facilities
- Lead energy efficiency audits and recommend sustainable optimization strategies
- Develop technical specifications and oversee contractor compliance with safety standards
- Mentor junior engineers and conduct training on electrical safety protocols
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on IoT integration and smart grid deployments
- Ensure compliance with SNI (Standar Nasional Indonesia) and international electrical codes
Kualifikasi
- S1 degree in Electrical Engineering from reputable university with minimum GPA 3.0
- Minimum 5 years of experience in industrial electrical system design and implementation
- Professional certification (e.g., P.Eng, Certified Energy Manager) preferred
- Expertise in AutoCAD Electrical, ETAP, and power system simulation software
- Strong analytical skills for troubleshooting complex electrical failures
- Proficiency in project management methodologies (PMI/PMBOK)
- Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia with excellent technical documentation abilities
