Tanggung Jawab
- Lead design and optimization of complex mechanical systems using SolidWorks and AutoCAD
- Conduct advanced stress analysis and thermal simulations for high-performance machinery
- Develop innovative solutions for manufacturing process improvements
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on product lifecycle management
- Implement predictive maintenance strategies for critical equipment
- Manage vendor relationships and technical specifications procurement
- Mentor junior engineers in advanced mechanical design principles
Kualifikasi
- S1 Teknik Mesin from reputable university (min. GPA 3.2/4)
- 5+ years experience in industrial mechanical engineering
- Expert proficiency in CAD/CAM software and finite element analysis
- Strong knowledge of ASME standards and manufacturing processes
- Certified Six Sigma Green Belt preferred
- Proven track record in reducing production costs by 15%+
- Fluent in Indonesian and English (technical documentation)
- Experience with Indonesian industrial regulations (SNI)
