Tanggung Jawab
- Manage inventory systems with 99.9% accuracy
- Coordinate inbound/outbound logistics operations
- Train and supervise junior warehouse staff
- Implement safety protocols and SOP compliance
- Optimize warehouse layout for maximum efficiency
- Conduct cycle counts and quarterly audits
- Maintain equipment readiness and maintenance schedules
- Collaborate with transport team for seamless deliveries
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 2 years warehouse management experience
- Forklift certification (SLOK mandatory)
- Proficiency in WMS software (SAP/Oracle preferred)
- Strong leadership and team coordination skills
- Knowledge of FIFO/LIFO inventory methods
- Physical fitness for lifting up to 20kg
- Basic computer literacy (MS Office)
- Problem-solving abilities under pressure
