Nusantara Bioenergy Indonesia is seeking a highly skilled Supervisor Petani Aren & Pengolah Gula to oversee our operations in Banyuwangi. We are dedicated to revolutionizing the sugar palm industry by combining traditional wisdom with modern processing techniques to produce premium Gula Aren (Semut & Merah).
As a key member of our team, you will bridge the gap between our plantation partners and our processing unit, ensuring the highest quality output that meets both domestic and international standards. Join us in cultivating excellence and driving the economic growth of local farmers.
Tanggung Jawab
- Operational Management: Oversee the daily harvesting and processing of aren tree sap (nira) into Gula Aren Semut and Gula Aren Merah, strictly adhering to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP).
- Quality Control: Implement rigorous quality assurance protocols to ensure color, texture, and sweetness consistency across all batches of Gula Aren.
- Farmer Development: Train and mentor local petani (farmers) on optimal tapping techniques, tree maintenance, and sustainable agricultural practices to increase yield.
- Logistics & Supply Chain: Manage the collection of raw nira from satellite plantations to the central processing facility, ensuring timely transport and minimal spoilage.
- Process Optimization: Analyze production data to identify bottlenecks in the boiling or crystallization process and implement efficiency improvements.
- Compliance: Ensure all activities comply with local labor laws, environmental regulations, and company safety standards.
Kualifikasi
- Education: Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Agribusiness, Agricultural Engineering, Food Technology, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in the palm sugar industry, plantation management, or food processing.
- Technical Skills: Deep understanding of the fermentation and crystallization processes for Gula Aren; proficiency in basic machinery maintenance.
- Leadership: Proven track record of managing teams and coordinating with agricultural stakeholders.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to work in field conditions and manufacturing environments; willingness to perform physical tasks as needed.
- Language: Fluent in Indonesian; English is a plus.
